Gifford Aquatic Center
Beat the heat and jump into the splashing pool at the Gifford Aquatic Center. This public swimming pool is 185,000 gallons of heated water and home to two enclosed water slides that thrillingly bank and shoot their occupants right into the water. A children’s spray and play deck to give even more options for its younger visitors. For swimmers seeking the competitive edge, six lanes are available for competitive swimming. A multipurpose area is ideal for aquatic themed birthday parties or reunions.
Intergenerational Center
The Indian River County Intergenerational Center is a state-of-the-art indoor recreation center and event venue. Activities like Yoga, Basketball, Volleyball, Pickleball, Ballroom Dance, Qi-Gong (similar to Tai Chi), Tang Soo Do (a Korean-based martial art), Tai Chi, and Zumba Gold are available for participation at the intergenerational center. Indian River Fairground and Expo Center
The Expo Center is 139 acres of outdoor and indoor facilities. The grounds consist of 3 main facilities, including the Ag Pavilion, the Expo Center, and the Expo Pavilion. The grounds host events like Concerts, Trade Shows, Pet Shows, Weddings, Parties, Farmers Markets, Antique Shows, Agricultural Events, Boat and Car Shows, Seminars and Training, and any other kind of event that comes to mind.
