Broken Strings Brewery

Two breweries under one roof. Each brewery rotates brewing on the three-barrel brewhouse system. Broken String Brewery will brew more hop-forward varieties paying homage to musical legends. The large, open tap room serves beer from each brewery. At any given time, the tap room serves drafts from 12 taps.
Two breweries for the price of one! Broken Strings Brewery functions under the same roof as Black Cauldron Brewery, which is why the location is called Broken Cauldron Brewery. Located in sunny Central Florida, they offer a huge open tap room where both breweries serve their craft beers but if your taste buds crave a more hoppy craft beer, Broken Strings is the brewery for you.
The Solution Is More Beer
Charles Frizzell of Broken Strings and Jeanna Malines of Black Cauldron found that after a number of setbacks and plans falling through, the best solution to their brewery problem was to combine the two, creating one of the best breweries in Orlando. Today, both breweries serve under the same roof bringing their unique touch to Central Florida one tap at a time. Frizzell finds the growing area as the perfect opportunity for the brewery to become an even bigger part of the community.
They’re Not Just Beer
In the rare case that you or your tagalong friend is not into beer, you can find other drinks at the taproom. In addition to craft beers, they offer bottled beers, ciders, and wines so everyone has something to enjoy #Yass. The brewery is located a few blocks away from the Camping World Stadium so it’s the perfect spot for before and after games. The casual, cool atmosphere is a great place to hang out with friends and enjoy some refreshing beer during these hot summer days – or any regular ol’ day.
A Tribe Called Hops
One of the coolest things about this brewery is their distinctiveness. Broken Strings Brewery has a musical theme that they incorporate to all their beers. Their most popular beer is “A Tribe Called Hops” which is a juicy, not bitter hazy New England style IPA, describes Frizzell. On gamedays when people are looking for something thirst-quenching they go for Lion’s Lager. You can also try other witty named beers like Mr. Brunchside, Liquid Vinyl, Hefefield, and many others!
